           This is one of special-time favorite Thai e-san food dishes, and it is a very common dish served throughout northeastern of thailand. Recipe of it to make easy and often  spicy,

 

Ingredients

egg of Red ant                          100     gr.      
chile powder                                2      tablespoons (be sure to use real Thai ground chile)
roasted rice powder (khao koor)    2       tablespoons
mint leaves                                 1/4    cup chopped
coriander  finely chopped              1/4    cup chopped
spring onion finely chopped          1/4    cup chopped
lemon juice                                 1       tablespoons
fish sauce                                   2-3     tablespoons
 MSG                                             1        teaspoon
egg of Red ant  


Method

          You can use egg of Red ant from the frest market. Wash it. Transfer it into medium mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Taste and season as desired. You might want more or less chile powder and/or fish sauce, etc. Serve with fresh vegetables
